Celebrate Global Running Day with #CanadaMoves!

Lace up those sneakers and get ready to hit the pavement as scheduled runs from across Canada are moving online in time for Global Running Day! On June 3rd, the largest road races from Newfoundland to Vancouver are inviting Canadians to log your walking, running, or rolling kilometres to be a part of the nation-wide initiative to celebrate movement! For information on how to register, click here.

Before or after getting out to move, Canadians are invited to tune into Facebook Live for a digital relay. The BC event will start at 12pm PDT on Wednesday, June 3rd, and will be hosted by Olympian Lynn Kanuka!
