'Joey' the baby sea otter, rescued over the summer, is 'otter-ly' adorable! And you can watch his every move on Vancouver Aquarium's livestream.

The male sea otter pup was rescued near Kyuquot on Vancouver Island on July 2nd. He was estimated to be just 10 days old when he was found.  An adult sea otter, presumed to be his mother, was found deceased in the area the next morning.

The Ocean Wise Marine Mammal Rescue Centre has been nursing the orphaned otter back to health. ‘Joey’ is now stable, but still undergoing rehabilitation. You can watch his everyday activities in real time, and the cuteness of this little furry pal is almost too much to take!

The Aquarium is also accepting donations for Joey’s recovery on their website. Due to these financially challenging times, The Vancouver Aquarium has temporarily paused their public programming. But, you can still enjoy some of the exhibits on their website. There are livestreams of the adorable penguins, luminous jellyfish, and (of course) the otters!

One bright spot of the closure, the penguins were allowed out to go explore the aquarium exhibits! Look, they even dressed in their best ‘tuxedos’! Formal, fancy, and… flightless!
