• Pride Winnipeg Fierté Canada Pride Festival

    Join in conversation and celebration this summer at this year’s Pride, now including the 2nd National FCP Pride Festival. Kick-off happens with the raising of the Pride Flag at City Hall, followed by the FCP Human Rights Conference, June 1-3. The Fierté Canada Pride Festival will be held at the Forks and Parks Canada grounds, June 4-5, with the FCP Canada Village, Winnipeg Festival Field and Indigenous 2 Spirit Field. This year’s Pride Rally will begin at the Manitoba Leg, followed by a Parade down Portage Avenue on June 5th.

    Register today and help support Manitoban families living with dementia. Check in for this 5K route starts at 10 am with team photos, snacks and activities. Warm-up begins at 10:45, with the Walk set to begin at 11 am. Lunch will be provided afterwards by Smoke’n Bob’s. Please bring your own filled water bottle. Re-fill stations will be available. Proceeds support the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
  • Manitoba Motorcycle Ride For Dad

    Established in 2008, the Motorcycle Ride For Dad has raised over $2.65M for the fight against prostate cancer. Proceeds stay in Manitoba and are invested in ground breaking prostate cancer research and life-saving public awareness campaigns about the importance of early detection. This year’s registration starts at 8 am with kickstands going up for a scenic ride at 10 am sharp. There will also be prizes, lunch, a poker run and parade.
