Aaron Carter has come clean about addictions to painkillers and cosmetic procedures.
The 29-year-old singer, who has had a number of legal issues and family tragedies, revealed all during episodes of syndicated show The Doctors that air on Wednesday and Thursday.
Carter said he uses drugs like Xanax and Oxycodone, which he obtains either by prescription or off the street.
“I do it to release stress of pain or angst,” he explained, insisting that he doesn't use drugs to get high.
"My heart hurts, my head hurts, my body hurts."
Carter, who checked himself into rehab in 2011, admitted he wants to get clean. " I know that there is no happy ending to any of those medications," he said.

The “I Want Candy” singer also talked about the cosmetic procedures he relies upon. “I get fillers — Restylane, Volume, Rejuviderm — I get all three,” he said, “and I’m going to continue doing it. It makes me smile in the mirror.
“I see a pretty good looking guy, I'm just skinny.”
Carter gets emotional in the episodes. Asked to name his greatest fear, he hesitated. Then, he replied: "Not being able to live as long as I can, that’s my greatest fear."
Elsewhere during the first episode, Carter tearfully pleaded: “I just want to get better. I can’t take this anymore.”
The singer's appearance had sparked rumours that he was on crystal meth or ill. The Doctors revealed that Carter, who stands about 5'9", weighed only 115 lbs. during his first examination.
“I’ve dealt with a lot of negativity, body shaming," said Carter, "Being made fun of. Saying that I look like I have AIDS, I have cancer. ‘He definitely looks like he’s on some hard drugs.’”

The episodes air only days after Carter’s family — his older brother is Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter — has reportedly expressed concerns that he might harm himself.
Carter has denied the reports. “Enough is enough," he tweeted. "I'm focused on my awesome new music, yet the media won't talk about my comeback and how hard that was for me.
"I talk to no one in my family except my mother now. Everyone needs to relax and let me enjoy my life without this false news. Thanks."
This summer he was arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana (he claims he does not drink alcohol), was ditched by girlfriend Madison Parker, and lost his father.
Carter then announced publicly that he is bisexual. In a radio interview, he said: “I’m really looking forward to the future right now and whether I choose to be with a man or a woman is my decision, no one else’s.”
