Adele has reportedly settled her divorce for a whopping $244 million.
According to The Sun, the singer’s request to keep details of the settlement private was approved by a California judge.
“Details including 'financial, sales or other confidential business information’ will not be available to the public, while those who require access will be forced to sign an NDA,” the British tabloid reported Sunday.
Last year, The Mirror claimed the “Hello” singer did not have a pre-nuptial agreement when she split last April from Simon Konecki, with whom she has seven-year-old son Angelo.
Adele has always been very private about her personal life. She began dating Konecki in 2011 and, four years in, told the Australian version of 60 Minutes about “being in such an amazing relationship with someone that's so there for me and so loyal and is really part of my core now. That's what made me write about everything I've ever done, because I've got his love.”
The two are believed to have tied the knot in a private ceremony at their home in Los Angeles in late 2016.
At the Grammy Awards in February 2017, Adele casually referred to Konecki as her “husband.” The following month, at a concert in Australia, Adele confirmed the marriage while talking about her hit “Someone Like You.”
"As bad as a break up can be, as bitter and horrible and messy as it can be, that feeling when you first fall for someone is the best feeling on earth, and I am addicted to that feeling,” she explained.
"Obviously I can't go through with those feelings because I'm married now. I've found my next person.”
Last April, the singer’s reps confirmed Adele and Konecki had split. “They are committed to raising their son together lovingly,” read a statement. “As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.”
Adele filed for divorce in Los Angeles last September, according to BBC News.
