Female artists will dominate the stage at the American Music Awards later this month.
Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello, Dua Lipa and Lizzo have been added to the line-up of performers that already included Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift.
Eilish could also find herself on stage accepting awards – she’s up for Favourite New Artist, Favourite Pop/Rock Album, Pop/Rock Artist, Alternative Rock Artist, Social Artist, and Music Video (“Bad Guy”).
The 17-year-old is tied with Ariana Grande with six nominations heading into the AMAs.
Swift, who will be honoured as Artist of the Decade, is scheduled to perform a medley of her biggest hits.
If the singer, who already has 23 AMAs, wins two of the five categories in which she’s nominated, she’ll beat Michael Jackson’s total AMAs haul. If Swift wins Favourite Pop/Rock Female Artist, she will be the first to win it two years in a row since Céline Dion 20 years ago.
Canada will be repped at the AMAs by Shawn Mendes, with a pair of nominations, and Drake, with three.
The 2019 American Music Awards will air live from Los Angeles on Nov. 24. Click here for a full list of nominations.
