Cardi B surrended to police New York City Police on Monday to be charged in connection with a strip club fight on Aug. 29.
The rap star, whose real name is Belcalis Almánzar, was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and one count of assault, according to NYPD. All the charges are misdeamnors.
Cardi, who had a baby girl on July 10 with Migos rapper Offset, is alleged to have thrown chairs, bottles and hookahs inside Angels Strip Club in Flushing during a fight. Two female employees of the club were reportedly injured in the fracas.
Cardi was processed and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 29. Her lawyer told reporters that the "Bodak Yellow" star did not injure anyone and "we expect that the matter is going to be resolved expeditiously."
In a statement, a lawyer for the alleged victims accuse Cardi of committing "violent assaults."
Early last month, Cardi was caught on video attacking Nicki Minaj at a Fashion Week event in New York. In an Instagram message, she later explained: "I’ve worked to hard and come too far to let anybody f**k with my success!!!!”
