The Canadian Legend, Celine Dion felt the need to share her love for life for the Holidays.
The 30-second video features Dion talking directly to the camera, offering her reflection on her last several months since husband and manager, René Angélil's passing.
"Hi everyone, the holiday season is here again. A time when we remember the happy and the sad days of this past year," said the singer. "I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all my fans for their love and precious support," she added. "The holidays are about spending quality time with the people you cherish the most and telling them how much you love them. May the new year bring health, peace and happiness to you and your loved ones. Happy holidays to you and I love you."
It has been almost a year since her children's father's death on January 14th, 2016. Not to mention her brother's passing a couple days after that. Experiences everyone gets profoundly affected by.
But the singer still managed to push through, and came back to the stage in February. Later that year, she even played 28 summer shows, among which 17 were sold out. It doesn't stop there, as Dion also broke records in Europe with her recent French album, 'Encore un soir,' and even rivals Drake as 2016's top artist, on top of being the recipient of the Icon Award at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards.
The mother of three says her children were her strength.
"It's all about feeling very strong and positive. They sense it," she revealed to TODAY in an interview. "They sense that mom is okay. They know what's going on. They know dad is not coming back. They know that they have to live with him, but differently."
A happy Christmas to our loving legend!
