The man who allegedly supplied Demi Lovato with drugs hours before she overdosed last month says the singer knew she was taking potentially dangerous “after market pills.”
Brandon Johnson told TMZ that the singer texted him at 4 am and asked him to come over. He brought pills and they freebased together, he claimed.
Johnson said neither knew the pills were laced with anything but Lovato was aware they were not pharmaceuticals.
He said he left Lovato’s house around 7 or 8 am and she showed no signs of distress.
Lovato was found in her home around 11:30 am on July 24 by an assistant to called 911. Paramedics had to administer Narcan before taking her to hospital.
According to TMZ, Lovato likely OD’ed on Oxycodone that was laced with fentanyl.
