Demi Lovato will be kicking off Super Bowl LIV by belting out the U.S. national anthem.

The 27-year-old is the youngest artist to sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the big game since Carrie Underwood did it in 2010.

Previous anthem singers at the Super Bowl include P!nk, Lady Gaga, Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera. Last year, Gladys Knight performed the anthem.

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will perform the halftime show at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

Super Bowl LIV airs Feb. 2 on CTV.

Lovato’s patriotic performance will come only days after she sings at the Grammy Awards – her first performance since a near-fatal drug overdose in July 2018.
