Fans are rushing to support Demi Lovato after her Snapchat was allegedly hacked and nude photos were shared online.
Late Thursday, Lovato’s Snapchat showed: “Join this discord server for my nudes.” (Discord is a social media app mostly used by gamers.)
“That is so disgusting and awful,” one fan fumed on Twitter.
Another tweeted: “Nobody deserves that.”
“Demi Lovato doesn’t deserve this at all,” wrote one person, who called the leak “classless and disrespectful.”
Someone else urged fans to “take them down if you posted them and if you see anyone else tweet them please report them.”
Lovato posed for a series of artistic nudes for Vanity Fair in 2015. Last month, she posted a photo of herself in a bikini on Instagram and explained that she was tired of being ashamed for her body.
"This is what I got. I want this new chapter in my life to be about being authentic to who I am rather than trying to meet someone else’s standards," the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer wrote. "So here’s me, unashamed, unafraid and proud to own a body that has fought through so much and will continue to amaze me when I hopefully give birth one day."
