Harry Styles has announced new dates for his concerts in Canada.
The COVID-19 pandemic forced the singer to postpone the Love On Tour, which was scheduled to stop in Montreal on June 30, Toronto on July 3 and 4 and Vancouver on Aug. 23.
Late Wednesday, Styles announced he will play Vancouver on Aug. 16, 2021, Toronto on Sept. 28 and 29, 2021 and Montreal on Oct. 20, 2021.
“The well-being of my crew, and all the fans around the world will always hold top priority,” read a message on Styles’ Instagram. “ I can’t wait to see you all out on the road, as soon as it’s safe to do so.
“We are in a moment of necessary change and growth in the world. I will be using this time to listen, and to educate myself on how I can help more in the fight for justice and equal rights for all in the future. I hope that you will take the time to do the same. Treat people with kindness. I love you all.”
Styles previously postponed the European leg of the tour, which was set to kick off April 15, to February and March 2021.
In March, he told a British radio program that touring is "not even close to being the most important thing at all right now" and "doesn't sound super fun right now."
Styles said he was looking forward to hitting the road next year. "We’ll be very ready, I guess, by then.”
