Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin reportedly visited the marriage bureau at a New York courthouse on Thursday.
TMZ cited sources as saying Bieber was emotional and was overheard telling his fiancée: “I can't wait to marry you, baby.”

The Canadian singer also reportedly thanked a court clerk “for keeping it on the DL.”
The TMZ report added: “Another [source] claims the court official was a ‘judge’ ... which insinuates they got married, but we can't confirm that.”
Bieber and Baldwin got engaged in July.
