Justin Bieber’s comeback single “Yummy” debuted in second place on the Billboard Hot 100 behind “The Box” by rapper Roddy Ricch.
The chart dated Jan. 18 and published Tuesday ranks songs based on Nielsen Music data for sales, streaming and airplay.
“Yummy” is Bieber’s 17th Top 10 song and comes about a month shy of the 10th anniversary of his first, “Baby.” It is his first solo single since 2016.
The Canadian singer’s collaboration with Dan + Shay, “10,000 Hours,” is at No. 5 on this week’s Hot 100, making Bieber the first artist to have two concurrent Top 5 hits since Post Malone last September.
Bieber’s ex, Selena Gomez, holds the No. 10 spot with “Lose You to Love Me” – a song about her relationship with Bieber.
In his native Canada, the pop star's "Yummy" debuted at No. 3 behind "Dance Monkey" by Tones and I and Ricch's "The Box."
Bieber's YouTube docuseries Seasons will premiere Jan. 27 and he will kick off a North American tour in May (including concerts on Sept. 1 in Ottawa, Sept. 3 in Quebec City, Sept. 10 in Toronto and Sept. 14 in Montreal).
