Katy Perry was spotted outside an LA recording studio holding some very important documents, if we’re to believe what was scrawled across them. The manila folder used to shield her face from the paparazzi was covered with the words “Top Secret KP4” in large letters.
The “Chained to the Rhythm” singer has been furiously working on putting the finishing touches on her fourth album, but this could suggest that it’s nearly finished!

Perry recently graced the May cover of U.S. Vogue and offered some details about her past in the interview, which she called “a bubble beyond the bubble”. She delved deep into her sheltered upbringing, saying that she only knew who Marilyn Manson was because she was outside his concert venue in Santa Barbara with her pastor handing out How to Find God leaflets.
“Amy Grant was our Madonna,” she said in the interview. “We knew about Madonna and Marilyn Manson in my family because we picketed their concerts.”
She previously said that she would be releasing a few more tracks before the full album, and has teased her upcoming song “Bon Appétit” on social media. Whatever she’s got up her sleeve (or in her manila folder), we’re ready.
