Canadian rockers Arcade Fire have covered Lorde’s popular hit “Green Light” during a BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge performance on Thursday (July 13).
On top of performing the New Zealand singer’s single, frontman Win Butler thanked Lorde for “fighting the good fight.”
The group also performed their song “Everything Now” featuring a backing choir.

Shortly after they wrapped on the Live Lounge, Arcade Fire dropped a new song, “Electric Blue”.
It’s the fourth song they’ve let fans hear off of the forthcoming album, the others being the title track, “Signs of Life” and “Creature Comfort”. The band have also played “Chemistry” live.
