Eminem uses some of his time on the new Kid Cudi track “The Adventures of Moon Man & Slim Shady” to promote COVID-19 prevention.
“Don”t wanna wear a mask and they’re just scoffing / And that’s how you end up catching the s**t off’ em,” he raps. “I just used the same basket as you shopping / Now I’m in a f**kin’ casket from you coughin’.”
Eminem also shouts out George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery and mentions Drew Brees.
The collaboration, which dropped overnight, evidently came to be after Kid Cudi tweeted at Eminem back in May. “Rap God. Help!,” he wrote.
Eminem recently added his voice to tracks by Royce Da 5’9 and Canada’s Jessie Reyez and, in January, released Music to Be Murdered By.
Cudi has shared “Leader Of The Delinquents” and “The Scotts” ft. Travis Scott but fans are still waiting for his seventh studio album – and first in four years.
