Lizzo’s apology in September for shaming a food delivery person on social media evidently wasn’t good enough.

Tiffany Wells has filed a lawsuit against the singer alleging defamation and intentional inflicting of emotional distress, according to TMZ. The former Postmates courier claims she has been threatened, ridiculed and humiliated since Lizzo called her out on Twitter.

In September, Lizzo tweeted Wells’ photo and accused her of stealing her food order. “She lucky I don’t fight no more,” the singer wrote. Postmates said Wells did everything she could to locate Lizzo.

“I apologize for putting that girl on blast,” Lizzo later tweeted. “I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that could’ve put her in danger.

“Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and my pride at the door.”
