Offset publicly apologized on Friday to his wife Cardi B.
“I want to get this off my shoulders, I want to get this off my back … I didn't f**k that girl but I was entertaining it, and I love you I hope you forgive me,” the Migos rapper said in a video he shared on Instagram on the day he turned 27. “My birthday wish is just to have you back.”
Offset said he and Cardi, who announced their split earlier this month, are “going through a lot of things right now.”
In a message directed at his wife but shared with his 10 million followers, Offset said: “I want to apologize to you Cardi, I know I embarrassed you.
“I know I made you a little crazy, doing things I ain’t had no business partaking in activity that I shouldn’t have been taking in.”

He added: “I apologize for … breaking your heart, breaking our promise, breaking God’s promise, I’m trying to be a better person.”
Offset described himself as “a selfish messed up husband” and said he wants to spend the holidays with Cardi and their daughter Kulture.
“I love you, Kulture I want to spend Christmas with you, I want to be able to spend the rest of my life with you.”
In an Instagram video message of her own in early December, Cardi told fans she had been trying to work things out with Offset. "We’ve got a lot of love for each other but things just having been working out between us for a long time. And it’s nobody’s fault.
"I guess we just grew out of love, but we’re not together anymore."
