Cardi B said early Wednesday that she and her husband, Migos rapper Offset, are no longer together.
“I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby’s father for a hot minute now,” Cardi said in a video she shared on Instagram. “We’re really good friends and we’re really good business partners … we’ve got a lot of love for each other but things just having been working out between us for a long time.
“And it’s nobody’s fault, I guess we just grew out of love, but we’re not together anymore.”
The rap superstar added: “It might take time to get a divorce.”

Offset commented on the Instagram post with: “Y’all won.”
The couple, who welcomed daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus in Juiy, made one of their last public appearances together at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in Inglewood, California on Nov. 30.

Cardi and Offset revealed in June that they had been secretly married since September 2017. “Our relationship was so new breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn’t want to lose each other,” she explained at the time, via Twitter.

In March, Cardi defended her decision to stay with Offset after he was caught with another woman. She told Cosmopolitan: “I want to work out my s**t with my man, and I don’t got to explain why. I’m not your property. This is my life.”
