Usher is being sued by two women and a man who claim the "U Got It Bad" singer never warned them he has herpes.
Lawyer Lisa Bloom said Friday she is filing the lawsuit in California on Monday.
“Usher had sexual contact with them after 2012, and failed to warn them of his alleged STD, as required by law,” Bloom said in a press release.
One of the plaintiffs, Quantasia Sharpton, will speak at a press conference on Monday.
The new allegations against Usher come only weeks after an Atlanta woman sued Usher, claiming she contracted herpes from him after trysts in April.

Usher is likely not surprised the lawsuit is coming. "How much unprotected sex did Usher have after his herpes diagnosis? Women are reaching out to me," Bloom tweeted on July 22. "How dare he endanger women's health?
"It's also a violation of criminal law in many states to have unprotected sex without disclosure of your STD. As it should be."
Bloom also tweeted: "Endangering women's health by having unprotected sex with herpes? Three women have now reached out to me about Usher. Stay tuned."
She also suggested there could be more lawsuits. "It's not just Usher," Bloom tweeted on July 24. "Been fielding calls about several other STD-positive A list musicians who infected partners."
According to Radar Online, Usher paid $1.1 million U.S. in 2012 to settle a lawsuit from a woman who claimed she got the incurable STD from him.
Reps for Usher have not commented on the allegations, which have not been proven in a court.
Usher, 38, has been married to Grace Miguel since 2015.
Last month, Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster wrote on Instagram: “Do not come on my page discussing rumors or adult people that have NOTHING to do with me. I have been divorced 8 years... Some issues are not my business... I'm good and my health (Everywhere is great).”
