The third single from Ed Sheeran’s forthcoming No. 6 Collaborations Project is out!
For “Beautiful People,” the British singer paired his voice with Khalid’s in a song about accepting yourself and not getting caught up in the obsession with image and material things.
“We don’t fit in well / We are just ourselves,” they sing. “I could use some help getting out of this conversation.”
In the official video – in which neither Sheeran nor Khalid appears – a regular couple is whisked away to experience things outside their comfort zone. When it’s all over, they make a clear choice of who they want to be.
