Carrie Underwood shared a close-up selfie on Instagram during rehearsals for Sunday night's ACM Awards – and the country star looked fresh and fully recovered from her accident last year.
Underwood's highly anticipated performance at the ACM Awards marks her return to the spotlight. Back in November, the singer reportedly fell down some stairs at her Nashville home, resulted in injuries to Underwood's wrist and face.
