Carrie Underwood's return to the spotlight begins April 15 when she performs a brand new song at the Academy of Country Music Awards.
The country superstar hasn't been seen on stage since suffering injuries to her face and wrist, reportedly in a fall at home last November. She told fans last year that she had dozens of stitches to her face and may "look a bit different."
Earlier this month she shared a photo of herself on Instagram that only showed the left side of her face. She followed it a few days later with a pic from rehearsals.
Underwood joins previously announced ACM Awards performers Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris, Kelly Clarkson, Thomas Rhett and Little Big Town.
The show will air live from Las Vegas on April 15.
