Sinéad O’Connor will kick off her first North American tour in six years in Vancouver.
The 52-year-old Irish singer is scheduled to perform Feb. 1 at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver before hitting up 14 U.S. cities by mid-April.
Tickets go on sale Oct. 11.
O’Connor changed her name to Magda Davitt in 2017 and then, upon converting to Islam in 2018, changed it to Shuhada' Sadaqat.
She has had some high-profile mental health struggles in recent years. In 2017, she posted an emotional video in which she said she is “fighting…to stay alive every day.”
O’Connor, whose biggest hit was a 1990 cover of Prince’s “Nothing Compares 2 U,” hasn’t toured in the U.S. or Canada since 2014.
