Vancouver is full of amazing, natural trails to walk, run, or bike. Check out these trails in the Lower Mainland to change up the scenery of your outdoor activities!

1. North Shore Spirit Trail

Whether you live on the North Shore or you are heading over for the day, the North Shore Spirit Trail is quickly becoming one of the city’s best activities. 2. Pacific Spirit Park

3. Fraser Foreshore Park Trail

4. Rice Lake

 5. Port Moody Shoreline Trail
