Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart of the Chainsmokers are "Closer" than we thought.
The music producers, who have crafted hits by bringing in a third, recently revealed that they've done the same in bed.
"It's a lot of man," Pall noted, during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
“I think we were like, ‘What the f**k just happened?’ They were never planned. It was always like, 'I don't know what is happening right now but I'm also just like... it's weird, I'm not gonna lie."
Taggart added: "That's how threesomes happen, though ... 'OK, 'I guess we're doing that.'"
Insisting that “it’s been a long time” since he and Taggart shared a sex partner, Pall suggested the triple plays came out of necessity.
“It was also like the days when we used to have to share hotel rooms," he explained. "We would be in Europe, they have the two beds, they don’t even split them apart … so it’s almost by force we were forced into these scenarios. By the European government because they don't separate their beds."
Now we know the Chainsmokers’ 2017 debut single “Paris” was inspired by the Eiffel Tower. (That's enough - ed.)
Asked if they looked at each other differently after their first threesome, Pall joked: "I was like 'Wow, this guy's hot. I'm glad he's my partner." Taggart chimed in: "I think I'm actually blushing now."
Moments before talking about their shared sexual adventures, Taggart admitted that both he and Pall have had trysts with fans – but, “I don’t think we’ve ever hooked up with a diehard fan. Like, no one wearing merch or anything."
We love our fans
