A Travis Scott fan is seeking permission to file a class action lawsuit against promoters of Montreal’s Osheaga music festival because the rapper was late for his set.

Megan Le Stum, a McGill University student who works part-time, is named in documents filed on Monday with the Quebec Superior Court in Montreal. According to the request, she saved up to buy a three-day Osheaga pass upon learning that Scott was scheduled to perform.

Le Stum, and other fans, left the festival site after organizers announced on social media and on video screens that Scott was delayed at the border. He was scheduled to take the stage at 9:45 p.m. and play for an hour but didn’t appear until shortly after 11 p.m. and performed for about 40 minutes.

The class action request claims Osheaga promoter evenko had a responsibility to honour the schedule and that anyone who purchased a ticket for the first day of the festival should receive a refund.
